Terms of sale and use

1. Purpose and customers

These terms govern access to ChiwaDrop, a professional management and automation service for WooCommerce stores. The customer confirms that the service is used for business purposes and that all account information is accurate.

The service is provided by MAZET, SIRET 795 223 783 00031, 91 Route des Romains, 67200 Strasbourg, France.

2. Plans, prices and taxes

Starter: EUR 0 per month. Pour découvrir la plateforme et connecter votre première boutique.

Pro: EUR 49 per month. Pour les marchands actifs qui veulent automatiser leur boutique au quotidien.

Scale: EUR 149 per month. Pour les équipes qui gèrent plusieurs boutiques et veulent un suivi avancé.

Enterprise: custom quote. Accompagnement dédié, limites sur mesure et support prioritaire.

VAT is not applicable. The displayed amount, billing period and included features are confirmed before payment. A custom quote never results in a charge without prior acceptance.

3. Order and activation

An order is confirmed after PayPal validates the payment. Activation may require verification of the supplied information and connected services. If activation is impossible for a reason attributable to ChiwaDrop, the relevant payment is cancelled or refunded.

4. Term, renewal and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The customer may request cancellation before the next billing date from the account or through support. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, access remains available until the end of the paid period.

5. Use of the service

The customer remains responsible for the catalogue, orders, obligations toward buyers and compliance with WooCommerce, AliExpress and other connected services. Access credentials must be protected and unauthorized use reported promptly.

6. Availability and third parties

ChiwaDrop applies reasonable availability, backup and security measures. Some functions depend on WooCommerce, AliExpress, PayPal, hosting providers or other third parties. Their interruption or refusal may temporarily limit a function and does not create a guarantee of results.

7. Data and privacy

Data is processed to provide the service, secure access, support customers and meet administrative and accounting obligations. Details are available in our privacy policy.

8. Support, complaints and applicable law

Contract, cancellation and refund requests may be sent to contact@chiwadrop.com. The parties seek an amicable resolution before proceedings. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the contract and mandatory rules.
